If one of our officers has paid a visit to your home or work address, or if you have received correspondence from our office, you may be wondering what to do next.
The simple answer is :  CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
Depending on your circumstances and the case in question, we may be able to offer you a solution.
If you do not respond to our visits or correspondence, further action WILL be taken against you. This can take many forms including County Court Judgements and Statutory Demands under the Insolvency Act 1986.  In some cases we may even execute a Warrant of Distress whereby we will gain entry to your premises and sieze your goods and belongings.
 
It is essential that you contact us immediately. If you do not, then further action will be taken against you without delay.
